If you have steps in your home, this work out is for you! Whether you have one step or 20, you can complete this workout with ease.
Set a timer for 10 minutes.
Walk up and down the steps as fast as you can until the timer goes off.
Place your hands on the bottom step and do 10 push-ups
Flip over and, with your hands still on the bottom step, do 10 tricep push-ups
Do a plank for 30 seconds.
Repeat 2-3 times!
